The Lake Charles Symphony will open the 2018/2019 season with Shaken Not Stirred - The Music of James Bond, performed by the talented Canadian ensemble Jeans ‘n’ Classics. The concert will cover multiple eras of the James Bond movies, including the James Bond Theme song "Live and Let Die."

 

From "You Only Live Twice" to "Another Way to Die," concert goers will hear the music of their favorite James Bond movie. The James Bond movies are one of the longest continually-running film series in history, with the first movie in 1962 and the latest, Spectre, in 2015. Audiences of all ages will enjoy the iconic songs at this spectacular performance, which is sure to leave you shaken and stirred! 

 

Jeans 'n' Classics members will be the lead performers for this concert. 

 

Summer Pops is a popular annual tradition in the Southwest Louisiana area. Each year brings a fun and exciting introduction to those experiencing orchestral music for the first time and to those who look forward to the Summer Pops year after year. A variety of family food favorites, such as pizza, hot dogs, nachos, and ice cream will be available for purchase.
